With a mission to create new solutions for efficient logistics for rail services, the FP5 TRANS4M-R project has worked on defining functional requirements and concepts of Innovative Freight Assets. This work has lead to technical specifications, validation plans, preliminary designs for implementation and preliminary tests which we now want to share outside the project.
